- Go to the Shopping Assistance section on your dashboard.

- Enter the following details for each product:
- Product name and color/size (if applicable)
- Quantity
- Any special notes (for example, “only original item” or “ship in box”)
- Submit your request and proceed the payment.
2. Quotation & Payment
- After submitting your Shopping Assistance request, the payment will be made through your Take&Ship balance account using your credit or debit card.
- Once we receive the Shopping Assistance fund in your balance, our team will place your order with the Turkish seller on your behalf.
- The quotation you receive will include:
- Product price(s)
- Domestic shipping fee (within Turkey)
- Comission + Service fee
- After the purchase is completed, order tracking details and updates will appear in your account.
3. Order Processing & Warehouse Arrival
When the seller delivers your order to our warehouse, it will appear under your account with:
- Photos of the received items
- Package dimensions and weight
- Storage period countdown (45 days of free storage)
You can then decide to:
- Ship immediately, or
- Combine with other orders to reduce shipping costs.
4. International Shipping
- From your account, select the items you wish to ship and create a shipment request.
- Choose your destination country, shipping carrier, and delivery address.
- Pay for international shipping — your package will be dispatched quickly and safely.
5. Important Notes
- Shopping Assistance requests are processed within 24–48 business hours.
- We purchase items only from verified Turkish sellers.
- Comission and Service fee are non-refundable once the purchase is made.
- If an item is out of stock, we will inform you before processing.
